DMF Inc is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Lincoln, NE
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residencial homes and appartments
- Repair and Troubleshoot simple residencial repairs and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Supervise and coordinate make ready or repair maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion of work and time and material records. Painting, flooring, wall repairs, door or window repairs, as well as external issues that may arrise on residencial properties.
Skills:
- Two years or more of experience is important
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead or work with others
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
